About Our Church

St. Gregorios Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church, Hosa Road, is a vibrant parish serving the faithful in the Hosa Road area of Bangalore. We are part of the ancient Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch, one of the oldest Christian churches in the world, tracing our apostolic heritage back to the first century.

Our church community gathers to worship in the rich liturgical tradition handed down through generations, celebrating the Holy Qurbana (Divine Liturgy) of St. James, observing the seven canonical hours of prayer, and maintaining the apostolic faith unchanged for over 2000 years.

We serve families from Electronic City, Singasandra, Bommanahalli, HSR Layout, and surrounding areas, providing a spiritual home for the Malankara Syriac Orthodox community in South Bangalore.
